Comments:
Over to the Roxboro track for a nice little tune-up via some brief pace-work. I warmed up about 3 and then did a half mile at about 5:40 pace. This felt ok. Then I did 4 x 80ish? strides; progressing to the last one being very quick - these felt good. Cooled down around 1.5. Legs feel a lot more rested today so that is good.
