Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
I had to go in today to get some stuff sorted out. But also gave me an opportunity to run. I went slow easy shake out. Its been a week and I could feel it in my legs for sure. Went up on the dirt as much as possible and I think that helped. It was so pleasant out in the woods, missed that for sure. Coming back I started to get back into the groove felt a little more comfortable. But just focused on getting some reps in today.
Essentials: Stretch
Minor stretch even though I definitely need it. Legs feel sore and tight. I wanted to get home though. Tired and I need this weekend to rest up.
