Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
First day in a while I could just recharge. I tried to take advantage of it. Also it rained all morning, real hard so I didnt make my way outside. I was getting stir crazy and eventually wanted to run. A little drizzle. Took it easy around the streets, a shake out not too much. Tried to push the hills where I could though.
Essentials: Stretch
Simple stretch when I got back. Can tell my legs are adjusting again after no mileage last week. Not sure how this week is going to look either. Training a day at a time.
