Comments:
we ran fast. faster than last week, and this may have been a bit less or a bit more than 13, but the last 5.5 to 6 miles we were going 6:45 pace at the slowest. ran at valley green again like last week. got a little lost, took a wrong turn and ended up at the complete opposite end from where we parked. so we ran right back from there and my watch stopped exactly on 90 minutes.
