Comments:
Did a workout of freshman year at Williams vintage, that sticks in my mind as the 8-12-8. 8 minutes of tempo, 4-minute rest, 12 minutes of tempo (accelerating to a 5k-like effort in the middle 4 minutes), 4 minute rest, followed by another 8 minutes of tempo. I also tried to wind up the pace during the final 75 seconds. I felt pretty good, but was just sort of grinding through it, not particularly bouncy or fresh, given my last few days of running.
