InShape Treadmill - two miles, + weights

Exercise Type: Run

Comments:
Did some strength in the AM, then had patients 7-11a. After some busy work, rather than bike in the crap air, I went to InShape for a short run.

The left heel is still stiff, but getting better. The stride mechanics are feeling better and less awkward.

That said, I only ran two miles: it was sore and, finally, I don't want to over-do it.
