Comments:
Got back in need to work on the data and paper ASAP. I did have to sleep in a little bit and I was pretty burnt out in the afternoon but a run was right on the menu. We kept the pace good and just tried to work through the exhaustion and craziness of the week. Got it in right before it got too dark out.
Essentials: Stretch
Good stretch and rehydration. I just drank coffee and Red Bull all week so I really need to focus on rehydrating. For next few weeks its busy work, but flexible, so I think miles will help it go smooth and efficient.
