Exercise Type: Run

Comments:
Came into the lab in the afternoon to fit in a run before sunset. It wasnt too chilly but I made sure I was bundled up enough. We went out on Fifth first then split off and did the loop. I felt like I was getting tired but could still hold the pace. That was good. Coulcnt push it the entirety and came back past CFN instead of taking the full loop back around. That makes it to 6 almost exactly, so thats pretty cool. Finished as it was getting dark.

Essentials: Stretch

Good stretch and rehydration inside. Brought my Gatorade and fueled back up. I got a lot of sleep last night but still feel exhausted. Dont think I have adjusted to the early darkness yet. Need to work on that though because still need to be efficient in the lab and on the streets.
