Exercise Type: Run

Weather: Cool, dry and sunny.

Comments:
I've added a minute onto my time as I forgot to start my stopwatch for what I think was about a minute. I enjoyed this run, and I felt like my pace was a little faster, although my HRM seemed to be a little innacurate at first, I tested it about half a mile in and after that it seemed to be ok. I did 15 sit-ups and 15 press-ups this morning too, I'm trying to build more muscle, which will make me a better runner. At the moment, I'm 11st 4 and 36% fat. I need to reduce the fat as it technically classes me as overweight.
