Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
Doing expts all day. We fit a fast run in before it got too dark. Took the woods first then came back on the road against the traffic as folks were leaving. I think we picked it up on the way back. I had to pee the whole time though since I wasnt hydrated in the lab. I think that contributed to our pace.
Essentials: Stretch
Good stretch but Im kinda sore from not running yesterday. It wasnt too cold out but I kept everything warm. Good 40+ run along with an efficient day. Miles arent as much of a struggle lately.
