Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
Yeah definitely a night run. We got out in the dark, hung around a little bit. It wasnt too cold and we kept the pace well. I was pretty tired though right before we left. Not sure when just was feeling it that way. Feel like I am in a good groove but could also use a nap at the same time... Anyways the apartment loop is lighted nicely so we had space to work with.
Essentials: Stretch
I got a good stretch in when we returned but Gui had to get back to the beamline. Legs feel good, mileage much more consistent lately. Its showing.
