Comments:
Pretty good run. Solo today d/t Jeff having a gym visit, which was fine. I like running solo.

Form is feeling more and more natural. One thing I've noticed is, now that I'm running more upright/forward, I have to focus on breathing deeply -- the air doesn't like to get into my lower lungs, which is why (along with over-striding) I seem to be closer to out-of-breath when I run easy. With some focus, I kept things real easy with deeper breathing today.

Calves STILL not great -- got sore/tired near the end of the run. A little chilly running across the PRE trails, into the wind. CLASSIC midwest weather: cold, dry, sunny. I LOVE IT.

Did some plyos (x20 ups, x20 downs) after the run. I need to do this regularly. Moreover, I must "BTS" the calves every 1-2 days if I'm gonna get over this PDX soreness hump...
