Comments:
I picked maybe the worst day in Oregon to forget my hat/gloves. It was about 8F this AM and maybe 20 at noon. Had to go downtown and buy some crappy gloves/hat: thankfully only like $3.50 combined.

Pretty good run. Form is looking and feeling good. Calves not too bad.

Good lift at Anytime afterwards. Poison OAK still a little "weepy" on lower leg, so I kept a bandage on it.

MEGA-ITCHY that night. Eek. This SUCKS.
