Comments:
Early sunset means I had to get out earlier. Went out when I should have been taking my afternoon nap. Felt slow and sluggish. Not as cold as I was expecting either. Overall, refreshing to get the legs going.
Essentials: Stretch
Good stretch and most importantly, rehydration. I dont think I had enough to drink and thats why I was feeling sluggish. Shoes also a little squeaky but they dont have that many miles on them right now.
