Exercise Type: Run

Comments:
I was tired after yesterdays travels and eating. Got some good rest and recharged. Went out for a good run in afternoon. Foot was tingly to start but turned out to be fine after a while. I still took it easy. Went down to the path first. The sand was a little bit unstable so I decided to turn and go down to the high school and do some laps. Some kids out there playing football. I ran a mile comfortable and smooth. Came back around by the gas station and the primary school then back up the hill. Thought that the hill would be tough but it ended up being fine.

Essentials: Stretch

Starting to get a little chilly, glad to get back in time. Feeling better in my foot but I do need to be careful moving forward. Still could be unstable.
