Comments:
Some rain/ice coming in this evening so I got out before it was too dark and wet. Just a dreary day overall and my legs felt the same. Shoes got kinda wet early on so I went over to 25 and came back on the sidewalk. Added on a little bit too. Just some hard earned mileage today.
Essentials: Stretch
Good stretch when I returned. Have gotten a bunch of consecutive days in so thats probably the source of my soreness.
