Comments:
Gui and I got out there for a little run before the real cold wind and rain came in. Good pace today glad I had someone to run with. We went a different way, tried to make it out to the RHIC but got lost and ended up just going down Fifth and coming back. Shoes still a little bit wet from yesterdays run.
Essentials: Stretch
Good stretch when I got back. Then jumped in the shower and got back to work. Also a nice way to warm up.
