Campus Loop+ solo

Exercise Type: Run

Weather: sunny, but nasty-gross smoke-haze

Comments:
Good day: five patients in the AM, then a free chunk of time to run and break-the-fast. Super-cold and foggy this AM that took 'til after noon to burn off. It was sunny and warmer when I left, but the air quality was stil shitty (80?)

Ran my first "normal" loop in Eugene in a few weeks. Felt OK. The ankles were OK, but in general, it just felt really hard!

Ran the standard campus loop and added only a few blocks east before turning back.

By the time I got back, I felt that that was plenty: left ankle/heel was sore.

Good news: it was hardly stiff the rest of the day.
