Comments:
We got out there before it got too dark. Roads a little bit muddy but it was fine. I felt pretty good today. Feeling tired in the mornings but have enough juice to get a late afternoon run in.
Essentials: Stretch
Good stretch when I got back. I needed that not sore but it feels good to stretch everything out all the way.
