Comments:
Afternoon run before it got dark and colder. Sidewalks a bit slippery . Wanted to add on more than the quick out and back. Went down to Fall Creek on Tioga and came back Linn. Felt pretty good today just trying to get legs back into it. Hit many stop lights on the way back which slowed me down.
Essentials: Stretch
Spent more time rehydrating. Legs not that sore or tight though. Good shakeout after a long day on the road yesterday.
