Body weight strength

Comments:
Slept poorly last night: too much beer, not enough water. Got a headache in the middle of the night...but wasn't actually that itchy, which was good.

Up early and out the door before dawn to drive south to Red Wing to meet Jake Hegge. He drove 1.5hrs up from La Crosse to hang out, which was great. It was half social and half "work", as we talked about coaching and PT stuff.

No run today. Ankle is feeling a lot better, but I know what I need to do now...which is to not run "for a while". I have a more aggressive brace on its way.

Rest of the day:
* drove home. No gym session, since it was closed
* napped 11:30-1:30
* James' parents came over to hang out and have coffee

After that, I felt like I needed to do *something*, so I did a bunch of body weight strength:

FIVE sets of:
* push-ups
* abs
* glutes (bridges, step downs)
* glutes II (deep squat with arms overhead)
* pull-ups / rows

Felt pretty good

PM:
* coaching
* ate
* drove to Woodbury to hang out with James (and talk about his dad)
* drove to MSP to pick up CA!
