Exercise Type: Run

Comments:
Ran in the morning. Sun out and overheated. I didnt need hat and a gloves. The sidewalks are looking much better. Ran up Giles footbridge, along Stewart Ave and at the base of Libe slope. Then came down University and added on Cascadilla to Plain in reverse. Nice to shake that part up a little bit. Finished strong felt pretty good overall, even up the hills.

Essentials: Stretch

Not a real impressive stretch, legs feel sore. Most likely from being lazy yesterday.
