Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
A little chillier than I was expecting. Started at flat rocks and ran up to Kilimanjaro, through Forest Home and Beebe Lake, past Appel and to campus. Added on a second loop on the Arts Quad then came down Libe Slope, Cascadilla and back Court to Albany. Winding all over the place nice to have the downhill segments. Felt stiff. Stopped to tighten my shoes a few times and that stretched on my hammies. They feel a bit tight. Made it back in good pace before it got too dark and cold out.

Ok stretch, hammies still tight. Not a lot of folks out tonight everyone is packing it in for Christmas Eve. Not really a white christmas. Also another pretty dismal holiday season, didnt feel much of the cheer. Just the way the climate is these days. Therefore, got to do what you can to make it better.
