UWRF "Triathlon" w/CA

December 23, 2019 (Morning)

Exercise Type: Walk

Comments:
Slept in a bit, got up, hung out around the house, then finally got out the door for a workout.

CA did a track workout - what I always love to do - while I...didn't run.

What I did:
* power-hiked 15min+ (15% grade high 3mph)
* flat walked on the track during her workout
* spin biked 15min+

I reckon I walked a good half-hour while she did 8x400m on the indoor oval. She looked pretty good.

I felt fine. No ankle issues.

After that, we both had a good weight session. Me: squat, bench, bent rows, and box jumps!

Rest of the day:
* late coffee and grocery shop
* home to "eat breakast' (at 4pM)
* yoga in downtown RF with my mom, CA, Brandie and Eva

Got gut rot from these coconut macaroons I got at the co-op grocery. Deuced TWICE in the yoga studio, then multiple times the rest of the night.

BAD sleep! Between that and really itchy poison oak, I was up many times during the night. Sucked.
