Weather: Cool and dry and frosty

Comments:
A very enjoyable run, I think my pace was better, and I spent a lot more time within my HRZ as I raised the upper limit by 7 bpm- to 180bpm- to allow a bit of leeway. As I get fitter, I will keep lowering it. All in all, a good run. I also did 15 press-ups and 20 sit-ups this morning.
