Hills at Fort Reno

Comments:
Ate a banana and a kind bar before shuffling up to School, joined by ADV and then my sons, Benji and Arthur Herman. Jogged to Reno to find Caleb Stutman-Shaw and Matthew Simonson, shortly afterward joined by Nomi Miller and Miles Huh. Did warmups and striders before we got going. The first hill is always the worst. After that, we all found a rhythm. We paused after the 5th hill to do an elongated cool down and then we attacked the next 5. Simonson was a phenomenal pacer/motivator on those ones. We jumped in for 1 last push with ADV before holding back or cookies and jogging back to school. Ran home afterward with my son.
