Comments:
Started up Giles footbridge and along Stewart, but finished up by going down Gun Hill and back on Tioga and Cascadilla. Legs felt wrecked and heavy today, especially in the quads. The pep has worn off. Felt more tired coming down the hill than going up. Shoes still pretty comfortable today.

Essentials: Stretch

Didnt stretch as much as I should have, just kinda stood around. Felt dehydrated when I got back too. Again, quads most sore sections.
