Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
Got out late today. Its back to work and I was wrapped up. Run was a good release but definitely got me thinking. I was tired going up but my quads felt pretty good, much better than yesterday. Now knees are tight... Recway was much more manageable today. Only a little bit of ice up at the top. I made it back down the hill right before it got too dark out.
Essentials: Stretch
Didnt get much stretching in. Not helping with the upstart soreness. Good simple run today.
