Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
Planned in a good run today. Weather wasnt as bad as they were calling for. Starting out, my right foot was kinda sore, on the outside, so I came back on Cascadilla and Cayuga. Still was feeling bad so I tried my bet to add on but also not go too far. Not sure what deal was had three good runs in new shoes then foot starts hurting? A sharp stretch on the outside feels like a muscle imbalance.
Essentials: Stretch
I tried to stretch other stuff when I got back, let my foot rest see how it is later. Maybe it takes a while to adjust into the new fit, get the grooves down. Might have some time to run tomorrow after heading back to work.
