Comments:
Back into the lab. Got to it just chipping away, the grind. It went pretty well feels weird weekend is creeping up. I tried a go at a run. It was really warm out. I had on an ankle wrap for support, but I could still feel the twinge. Didnt risk it at all and came back just after going out the the main road. Not sure how I tweaked it and I rested all day yesterday. Was looking forward to a good workout, just need to keep myself on straight till its feels better.
Essentials: Stretch
I just came back home immediately and stretched a little bit. Might compress and ice later. It doesnt feel swollen. Again my best guess is a reaction to the new shoes. Well at least my quad isnt swollen and oozing like it was last year at this time.
