Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
I caught up on sleep today. Stayed late yesterday but IDK why I was so sleepy. Spent the afternoon grinding at the lab. It was a bright sunny day so I tried my luck on a run with Gui. Just did a loop around the facility. Actually felt fine for the run but I could tell it was tightening up and its still sore. Not out of the woods yet, but it was refreshing to get something going. More care and recovery necessary.
Essentials: Stretch
I stretched well when I returned and took time to fit in abs. Not super stoked about the situation but I think this is progress. Need to be smart about it. Shoes feel fine so it must be something with my technique or possibly starting up so fast after wearing flip flops for a week on the beach...
