Comments:
Got to Episcopal with little time to warm up before the 4x800m, but we still got through all the drills before I led off. Ran even: 71, 71. Little slower than I hoped, but that left me excited for the 4x400m, prior to which Anthony gave us a great motivational speech on how each race is an opportunity to succeed that we have to take advantage of. I guess I was gassed going into it, so I didn't run a PR or anything, but I still took a chance and passed somebody in the last 50m.
Not gonna lie, kinda frustrated by today's performance, but at the same time, glad that the best races of my life won't be at the Cathcart track on a Thursday when I'm a senior in High school. Regardless, good practice for meet situations.
