Comments:
Shookout 1 with Amos, then warmed up 3 with Amos, Nick, and Will, race 1 (4:52 low), followed by 3 mile cooldown.
I wish I could have run this a little faster, but I'm happy with how I raced it. After getting boxed in a bit by a crowded field in the beginning of the race, Will and I constantly moved up. Felt like I was aggressive and competed with those around me. Feel like I've got my indoor sea legs back now.
