Comments:
30 min warmup! Did an old bridge then strides then on the track with Amos, Nick, Will, and Conor for the first half. We did the 200s (200 rec.) in either 33 or 34. Felt really good, stayed on my toes, enjoyed moving fast. Hopefully I can keep around that pace in the 1200 on Friday.
