Comments:
Jogged down to the middle school with a big group to do drills with the sprinters. I did 5xpower sled, 5xdown&back w tire, and a few (embarrassing) small hurdle runs. I was excited to finally get in some work to help with power and leg speed going into the final 3 weeks of the season (States is 2 weeks from today!!!!). Siff and I ran back together, remarking just how tough it was going uphill for that long. Did Mira's ab workout plus crunches and pushups once I got back.
