Woke up pretty stiff, so I damn-near literally spent the entire morning (like 8AM to 10ish) stretching: my neck, my back, nerve tension, the ankle...
It sucks.
At this point, I have no confidence that I can run. However, now - since I think the neck is relevant (and getting worse) - I don't want to bike, either! This is the worse state of affairs to be in.
Just in a shitty mood (and, after eating those chocolate "heavenly hunks" last night, it makes me wonder how much was food hangover).
So I texted Emily (my CFMT study partner) offering to pay her to treat me after work. She agreed.
Rest of the day:
* worked 11-5. It went surprisingly well
* RunHub 5-6
* "Eugene to PCT Board Meeting" at Coldfire. Broke about a 22-hour fast with beer (#3 for the month)
* to Emily's office
Did a lot of upper-mid neck work, which was super goddamn stiff. C1 sheared majorly left; pushing it back to the right was super-painful. The rest wasn't too bad and she got a good deal of the leg nerve tension gone!
