* went to InShape to hike before yoga

I wore the big strappy brace that Mike recommended. It was OK, but a lot of plantar pressure, so that got sore in the 27-ish minute hike I did.

Solid yoga class but "slow flow". Beer #2 of the month at Sam Bonds with the yoga crew
