Comments:
Ran a workout on the indoor track at Roberts today. Had a snow day because the weather is so bad. Did a mile warm-up, then 400-800-1200-1600-1200-800-400 with some strides and an easy cool down. 7 miles total. Goal was sub-6 minute mile pace for each. Times were: 88, 2:58, 4:24, 5:54, 4:22, 2:52, 81. Felt good!
