Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
AM: felt pretty decent! Dare I say, even better than yesterday.
Same deal as the past two days: went to the gym, hiked, then did 2 miles of running. This time:
* no brace at all
* increased run intervals
Worked up to 3-4 minutes. Nearly zero symptoms!
Didn't lift - didn't have time and my legs were pretty worked from Sunday's weights.
Finally shared the good news with CA!
