Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
Slept a lot just recharging. Feeling a little out of equilibrium after this week. Run was good didnt feel particularly fast today, but I was still moving. Had a little stomach cramp which was tough on the hills. It was freezing cold out also, way colder than it has been lately. I wasnt used to that.
Essentials: Stretch
Good stretch when I got back, but stomach still a little cramped cause I ate lunch so late. My foot is feeling pretty good now too, just time to build my legs up with them.
