Comments:
It was only a matter of time before my long run caught up to me. Went out to the state park on Ocean Drive and before I knew it 25 minutes had gone by. So I got to the next signpost then turned around and ground out the rest of the run going back via 1st street. Felt tight in calves/upper hamstrings.
