Comments:
Slept in a lot again today. Batteries feeling low past few days, tired and a headache. Wonder if the cold is still going around, or its just the monthly anxiety buildup. Didnt sleep well so thats why I slept in and didnt do much during the day. It was surprisingly warm today went in shorts. The beach was nice, tide was high so there wasnt much space so I kept close to the water. The fresh air did me good no sense staying inside all day. Foot felt great, this was the longest I have gone in a while. Turned around at the club, so I added on a bit after I got back to make it full
Essentials: Stretch
Good stretch when I got back. Legs feel good after, but still feeling dull afterwards, means I just need to get back to work.
