Steamboat - easy AM (cold, snowy) run

February 17, 2020 (Morning)

Exercise Type: Run

Comments:
Up early, but just enough to get in a short jog before the interview.

Ran the super-snowy roads in "Olde Towne" Steamboat with CA, from our place on 6th and whatever, west toward the clinic, then back on Main St...til we saw a lot of places hadn't shoveled sidewalks, so we doubled back on Oak St.

Got lost on the way back, which was annoying, and I barely made it on time.

Pretty good day:
* observed some treatments with Brent, the head of the clinic and Fellowship. He's a good dude, and remarkably smart and wise for "only" 47! (And is built like a 22 year old wrestler that he used to be)
* I treated him after lunch...but I didn't do a great job. We wanted me to treat Thorax, which I'm the crappiest at
* I got treated at the end of the day! One of the other fellows worked on me:

Long story short: my neck and back are playing a big role in "dumping inflammation" into the ankle!

Rest of the day:
* Callie got me at 4:30 and we went to rent uphill skis
* back to the airbnb to eat
* beers with two of the fellows: Garrett and Janaki. Good people!

Solid day. Ankle was a little sore, but not bad.
