Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
UP early again. Went to Inshape and hopped on the treadmill. I only walked for a couple minutes, then went into a run.
INTERESTING NUGGET:
* when my back was stiff, I had mild heel pain
* when my neck had shitty posture, I had MORE heel pain
* when I fixed my neck posture: less heel pain
* when I got off the treadmill and fixed my low back ("belly rub") = NO heel pain!
Makes me realize how shitty my (neck) posture is, always, when I run, and the fact that:
* after EVERY run, my back is stiff
* after every LONG run, my neck is sore!
Gotta fix my posture
