Comments:
4 miles in the halls at school. 1 mile warm-up, 2 miles hard, 1 mile cool down. Ran the 2 miles in 11:28 (5:53, 5:35). Progressive (each of the 6 laps faster than the previous and a sprint at the end to finish off the 3200 meters. Lap times were 1:58, 1:56, 1:55, 1:53, 1:52, 1:46 for 520 meters) felt good. Short workout while Norah was at dance. Freezing outside.
