Comments:
Recovery day and prepping for APS. I am so glad I had one day to reset. I havnt run in several days... It was tough starting out. My legs were reved up. Started to settle down and feel a little better around the hills. I wanted to have a comfortable recovery run. Dont think I went too fast today. It was kinda chilly and windy also in the afternoon.
Essentials: Stretch
Good stretch, but my legs are sore now. I will get a lot of walking in the next week, but probably no time to run (or space). Today was a good sign that I can pick it back up. APS is perfect timing though I am so looking forward to getting away for a little bit.
