Weather: Windy!!!!!!!!!!

Comments:
Did 30 min warmup and 24 x 400 sub 90 sec with :30 rest. Did first 8 on track 87-89, but went to the roads because the wind was driving me crazy. I think about it less on the road. Just did 1:30 reps with 30 sec jogs at 5K effort. HARD!!! Good core workout afterwards.
