IHS and Back

Exercise Type: Run

Comments:
Did a little work in the morning then drove upstate. Didn't hit any traffic and barely stopped making it a smooth ride. I went for a quick run as soon as I got in. It was kinda cloudy and gloomy out but warm enough for shorts. Ran out Plain to Cascadilla and then kept going to the high school then came back on Linn. I didn't eat much today, so I had a little stomach cramp throughout but still managed.

Essentials: Stretch

Good stretch and rehydrating. Felt a little lightheaded and hazy past few days I don't think I had enough sustenance on the drive for sure. Also still adjusting to a normal sleep cycle.
