Comments:
Out and about today. It was chilly but sunny. Went after we got back from the hockey game. Felt good. Worked the hills hard again. Coasted on the way back. Running up to the Recway is real good if there is no snow and ice. Otherwise its almost impassable.

Essentials: Stretch

I didn't need to stretch much even after the hills. Foots feeling good too. Even though I have been groggy past few weeks, I feel like I can get it going on a run so thats good.
