Comments:
I had to make the time today. Really fortunate for the time change in the evening. Its tough in the morning but now I can run much more flexibly. It was kinda warm out this evening, comfortable. I had to go solo and probably wanted to go longer, just did a little loop around.
Essentials: Stretch
Good stretch and recharge when I got back. I was getting hungry but was too lazy to really pack up. It took me a while. Legs feel a bit sore after today but it was good to get back to it.
